SDG 10 – Indicator 10.5.1 Proportion of employees with disabilities
Figure 1 shows the statistics of total active faculty members and administrative staffs of Universitas Sriwijaya. Overall, there were 2,452 employees at Universitas Sriwijaya in 2023, comprising of 1,411 faculty members and 1,041 administrative staffs.
Proportion and Number of Employees with Disabilities
The number of employees with disabilities was 2 in 2023, and the proportion of employees with disabilities was 2/2,4521=0.08%. Universitas Sriwijaya is committed to providing care for individuals with disabilities. As explained in 10.3 for students with disabilities, Universitas Sriwijaya also provides the same rights and services for employees with disabilities, showing that Universitas Sriwijaya provides equal treatment for all campus members.
In accordance with the Disability Rights Protection Act, Universitas Sriwijaya always promotes the optimization of the working environment and gives priority to creating working conditions for employees with disabilities so that they can have a safe and secure working environment (SBR2024).
